To give greater individual freedom over house design and specification, there is an option to purchase the plot or plots and through our design and construction service build to your own specification.

Designs have to be complimentary and conform to the project ethos, style and colour scheme , but then it's over to you, with the help and assistance of our design and build team.

Build Costs

From 12,500 Baht per sq.m European standard

The cost of the plot and the build cost are added together to give the total cost of your own unique property.
