Mango Grove :: Executive houses for sale in Hua Hin ::

Mango Grove is an executive development of only 14 large plots with 4 spacious house designs. The inspired Thai designed houses offer generous room sizes, with contemporary open plan living areas complimented by luxury kitchens and bathrooms.

The development is only 5 km west from the centre of Hau Hin and the glorious beaches. The short 10 minute driving time allows you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Mango Grove resort and the many restaurants, bars, Market Village shopping mall and excellent shops of Hua Hin town. The area is surrounded by mountains and as the name indicates the development was a small mango plantation and some of the existing mango trees will be used in the landscaping.

Mango Grove is a select development and the first in the area. There are a small number of individual houses in the surrounding area, including a bespoke 35m plus Baht house currently under construction next to Mango Grove.

A show house has been built on plot 5. This standard A design house is a one off to showcase the build quality and standard specification, and is offered at a discounted price to allow for viewing until all plots are sold.

The 4 house designs offer spacious living and bedroom layouts, with living space for all individual and family requirements.

The A Plus is the entry level single storey house design with a generous 182 sq m floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a fully fitted hardwood kitchen with all appliances and a separate laundry room. Large open plan living area, together with a veranda overlooking the swimming pool and spa. The B Plus provides a similar layout, but is larger 210 sq m and offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. As well as all the standard features there are many additional features including hardwood flooring in the master bedroom, together with fitted wardrobes in the master and bedroom 2.

The executive style 2 storey C Plus is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with generous open plan living areas and an impressive 318 sq m floor plan.
